Purpose: assessing how my stated salary compares to the market and sending the result once to the email address I provide.
Data: email address; professional field, seniority level, region; current salary figure.
Purpose (continued): the data is also used to produce de-identified aggregated (statistical) pay-level data.
Processing: collection, recording, storage of the consent record, use for the calculation and a one-time result email, de-identification (for aggregated statistics), erasure. No transfer to third parties (including employers); no CV is requested.
Retention: 1 (one) year from consent or until withdrawal, whichever comes first; the data is then erased within 3 calendar days. De-identified aggregates are no longer personal data.
Place of processing: the consent record is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.
Withdrawal: email info@the-one-hr.ru with the subject “Consent withdrawal”.
